I have recently started a new position focused on the implementation of <strong>international projects in the field of adult education<\/strong>. After many years of teaching, research, and international cooperation, this new role feels like a meaningful continuation of my work in empowering learners and educators beyond traditional classroom settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2874\">My background includes human rights and citizenship education, Holocaust and genocide education, history and cultural heritage, as well as media and digital literacy &#8211; particularly the critical use of AI in educational contexts. In this new chapter, our primary focus is on <strong>developing and supporting projects that clearly contribute to adult education<\/strong>, whether through innovative learning methods, inclusive community programmes, or lifelong learning initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2875\">Looking ahead, I am especially interested in project ideas that explore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>adult education as the central framework<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Holocaust education, remembrance culture, and confronting distortion<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and reflective civic education<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>learning outside traditional boundaries<\/strong> (community-based, digital, experiential, and intergenerational formats),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>citizenship education and democratic culture<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>media and digital literacy, including responsible AI use<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>European values, tolerance, and intercultural dialogue<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>political literacy and active citizenship<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>support for vulnerable or underrepresented adult learners<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>sustainability, local communities, and green transitions<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and generally, any initiative that combines education, innovation, and social responsibility in a way meaningful to adult learners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2877\">For colleagues who would like to know more about our organisation and recent project experience, I can send you our <strong>PIF (Partner Information Form)<\/strong> for your reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2878\">I remain very open to future collaboration as long as the projects meaningfully engage with <strong>adult education<\/strong> in its many forms.
