{"id":27,"date":"2026-01-13T20:04:54","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T20:04:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hajdarovic.com\/blog\/?p=27"},"modified":"2026-01-13T20:04:55","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T20:04:55","slug":"empowering-vet-educators-to-thoughtfully-use-generative-ai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hajdarovic.com\/blog\/en\/2026\/empowering-vet-educators-to-thoughtfully-use-generative-ai\/","title":{"rendered":"Empowering VET Educators to Thoughtfully Use Generative AI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Mid-December, I had the pleasure of serving as a trainer for the <a href=\"https:\/\/pou-cakovec.hr\/en\/projects\/erasmus\/transforming-vocational-education-through-ai-and-future-classroom-labs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>AI4VET<\/strong> <\/a>transnational training, \u2018Generative AI and Transformative Educational Content,\u2019 guiding 15 VET educators from Croatia, Poland, Austria, Romania, and Lithuania on a hands-on journey from AI fundamentals and ethics to real classroom application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>What stayed with me most: the shift from \u201ctool talk\u201d to pedagogy &#8211; better prompts, more inclusive materials (UDL), smarter assessment design, and concrete personal action plans that participants can take back to their institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grateful for the openness, critical questions, and peer learning that made this week feel like a real European learning community. Onwards &#8211; thoughtful GenAI use in VET is not a trend, it\u2019s a capacity we build together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can <a
