The Consequences of Digital Age on History Education

For over two decades, I’ve been passionately engaged in the digital realm across a variety of platforms and formats. My journey began with my graduate thesis, Sociological Aspects of Cyber Society, which opened the door to a world of digital exploration. Since then, I’ve shared insights through articles, columns, webinars, YouTube channels, and a blend of professional and academic papers. As a classroom practitioner, I’ve experimented with a wide array of tools and innovative teaching methods powered by ICT.

In recent years, I’ve developed hundreds of digital educational resources, incorporating interactive elements, concise educational videos, and customized digital applications to enrich history education. My work with Euroclio’s expert team led to the creation of specialized digital tools for history teaching, now a staple in the E-Activity Builder within Historiana. Soon, I’ll be joining the roundtable discussion, “The Consequences of the Digital Age on History Education,” at the “History Education in the Digital Age” forum, where I look forward to diving into how digital transformation continues to reshape our field.
