How we created and piloted GenAI ice breakers in VET training
Mid-December, I had the pleasure of serving as a trainer for the AI4VET transnational training, ‘Generative AI and Transformative Educational Content,’ guiding 15 VET educators from Croatia, Poland, Austria, Romania, and Lithuania on a hands-on journey from AI fundamentals and ethics to real classroom application.
Starting 2026 with a school full of great energy! I opened the year by delivering a 3-hour workshop on AI in teaching: pedagogy + tools for 50+ teachers at High School “Ban Josip Jelačić” in Zaprešić.

Today, four HISTOLAB fellows presented the results of their research studies conducted in the second half of 2023. The articles are expected to be published in the fall. I am thrilled to have received support to investigate the possibilities of future digital tools that can supplement history teaching.
