Mid-December, I had the pleasure of serving as a trainer for the AI4VET transnational training, ‘Generative AI and Transformative Educational Content,’ guiding 15 VET educators from Croatia, Poland, Austria, Romania, and Lithuania on a hands-on journey from AI fundamentals and ethics to real classroom application.
What stayed with me most: the shift from “tool talk” to pedagogy – better prompts, more inclusive materials (UDL), smarter assessment design, and concrete personal action plans that participants can take back to their institutions.
